So Joe has fulfilled his last duty. He’s out of the picture and you are now tasked with quickly un-remembering him. Kammy is trying to change debate rules for the same reason Joe had them created - to get Trump to refuse the new rules.
The important thing to remember is Kammy wants to have notes at the podium and Donna Brazil now works for the host network for the debate.
