Well, the Eagles are done for the year. The firings have begun. Ron is in mourning. His wine collection is going to take a major hit. I’ll comfort myself with the cheap paint thinner that calls itself scotch. Please respect our privacy at this difficult time.
It wasn’t exactly unexpected. They played so inconsistently this year. BUT it was a winning year. Nobody goes to every Superbowl. I hope the Birds know fans are grateful for the wins.
There are no fans like Eagles’ fans.

I am getting such a kick out of the Lefty manbuns and shrews now taking to social media, and in their scariest voices ( not very scarry :-D ), telling us how they are no going to go out and buy guns and start the revolution.
These poofs couldn’t start a lawnmower.
And it shows what mindless drones these phony protesters are. For decades, we adults have been trying to explain to the poofs that guns are necessary in the event to government becomes too oppressive. They were instructed by their programmers to meet such talk with insults and scorn. They have nothing else to offer.
Of course, what WE were talking about was the government abusing the rights of citizens. HELPING citizens by scraping illegals from our streets is one of the few things the federal government is SUPPOSED to do. The hypocrisy and complete lack of self-awareness is gob-smacking!
But I needed a good laugh.

The shift in gun rhetoric is genuinly fascinating from a persuasion standpoint. People can hold opposing views simultaneously when the underlying framework is tribal rather than principled. I've watched this happen with free speech arguments too where the same folks flip depending on who's being platformed. The inability to see the contradiction probably says more about how political identity works than any specific policy debate.
