Since 2014, perhaps earlier, I have been banging away, several times a year, about how the government makes everything they touch more expensive. They tell us they are doing it to make things “affordable”. The result is ALWAYS exactly the opposite.
People often point out that the intentions are honorable. But that is NEVER the case. It certainly wasn’t the case with Obamacare and college loans.
Here are two examples of my pleadings to readers on these subjects. From 12 Jan 2026 and from 12 March 2025. If they don’t get your blood boiling you need to take a course in economics…or government ethics. If you don’t believe the assertions, you haven’t been paying attention to the world around you.
Of course, with a maximum of 250k readers ALL TIME, I certainly didn’t start a groundswell of concern and action. What to do, what to do?
Well, if you don’t want to take my word for it, listen as Peter Schiff hits on some of the main points I’ve been banging away on for YEARS! The sooner you wrap your head around this and start pushing back, the less painful the inevitable crash will be. But it will still be painful.
