This is instructive. My regular readers will know that I quote Zeihan extensively. My attentive readers will know that I rarely disagree with him on trends we see developing (some I have been warning about for years) but often disagree with him on matters of political minutia. I’ll leave it to you to devine where these disagreements might pop up in the attachment.
But don’t get bogged down on that. What is discussed here are issues that: 1. You need to be aware of to be prepared for the world we have created. AND 2. These are issues you need to start hounding your legislators, state and federal, to face down forcfully and publicly.
My standard go-to remains that the free market will be much better at solving these issues; financial, argricultural, industrial or educational, than the government will be. So my recommendation is we tell our representatives to get themselves and the regulatory shitshow out of the way of the progress we need to make REAL soon.
