The P4B/Free Zone Digest - January 2026
We kicked off 2026 with a pretty busy month. On 2 Jan, I dropped a substantial piece discussing what I called Hypersocialism. We have seen world class idiots float some pretty pathetic ideas in the past. If they got too far to the loony Left we squashed them. But now, ideas like making private businesses sell their property to the city are getting traction! Check out the post. In the same post I featured Fani Willis. As Frumpy Fani, she has provided no shortage of fun. Too bad I can’t cue the Fani music here, but it is in the audio from 2 Jan.
On 6 Jan, in a post called Principles Over Impulse I questioned the wisdom of the Maduro raid. While I still have concerns regarding how it helps and the precedent it sets, I never lost a minute’s sleep over Maduro. I wouldn’t care if they woke him every day with a punch in the face. But I’m not altogether sure we haven’t left a nation just as screwed up as when we found it, and are now responsible for having done that.
I continued that discussion a bit on the 8th and linked to a Tucker Carlson interview. In the same post, I lamented the US abandoning the duty of keeping the sea lanes open.1
I then went on a roll, with posts every day from the 9th thru the 13th. There was Brave New (AI) World, loaded with thoughts you might want to consider..if you like freedom. Then there was Annnnd, We Were Right! The post featured a video from Megyn Kelly. This was followed by A Question of Dignity where I question how a normal adult could possibly stand up in public and claim membership in what had become of the Democrat Party. The next day I dropped the Dec Newsletter, and on the 13th I released a very short quick hit, Eagles and Poofs. I dealt with the alternate reality of the Birds getting knocked out of the playoffs, and laughed at the Lefty Karens and man buns online, talking in “scary” voices about starting a revolution.
The big interview of the month was with author Lane Stephens (Stephen O’Connor). It was titled Success is the process, NOT the Prize...and other stuff! We talked about the restaurant business, leadership, management, the loss of social skills among many Americans and his dad’s amazing Air Force career. We also discussed two of his books, No More Bandaids and The Sage Commanders Guide to Modern Leadership: Strategic Wisdom from Sun Tzu for Today’s Business Leaders. Be sure to catch it. On the 16th and 17th I dropped 2 quick hits. Both dealt with BJ Bill and the wretched shrew he married. They both linked to some classic P4B articles going back as far as 2015 and still appropriate today. One was called Hillary Milhous Nixon or Richard Rodham Clinton? The other was Would you be walking free right now? Hillary is!
The NFL - PLUS some legal slam dunks. A Quick Hit came out on the 19 Jan.
21 January saw a triple play. Affordability, The Vaginization of Virginia, Davos and the Gay Black Man (his words), and the one-minute excerpt, Trapped by Tribalism - A quick hit. With those I dropped a full video The inevitable rise of Smart Cities. This is another one of those P4B warnings you REALLY NEED to familiarize yourself with. I am VERY rarely wrong about these things and when I am it is just a matter of when, not IF. Make the time.

On 23 Jan I dropped We Need to Narrow Our Terms. This was to create a distinction between my view of the Davos cult vs good, rich people. Also on the 23rd there was Bite Sized Reality with a button linking to Ep. 43 of the Free Zone.
On the 25th I put out A great Read for a Snowy Day, another P4B golden oldie, and an important bit of economic reality with In a Free Market, US Trade Deficits are GOOD!
On 30 Jan I released Maybe They’re Serious This Time. This post links to my interview with Patricia Degennaro. And I asked if the Government is finally catching up with logic I pointed out three years ago! They are by no means there yet, but they seem to be finally moving in the right direction.

People think that globalization as arranged at Breton Woods was about one-world government. It wasn’t. It was about the US agreeing to keep the world safe for trade for everybody. We have stepped back from the duty almost completely at a time when it will be needed more than ever. There are assholes who want to see a one-world government. These are people at the UN, the EU and many in our own government, ALL of whom bend a knee to the Davos/WEF cult. The cult thinks they should sit atop this government, un-elected. They call THEMSELVES “the elite”.
