Unbelievable! He Actually Sunk Lower!

Some people feel I’m am too harsh in my writings about Obama, Hillary and the four morons (well five morons now if you include McCarthy). In reality, I am too easy on them. I usually use snark and humorous sarcasm in most of my rants to take the edge off and make my treatment of them at least a bit more like what I’d use for most politicians. But those days are over. Here’s why.

Yesterday the compensating, and not terribly bright Vladimir Putin, hung a sign around Obama’s neck. The sign said “My Bitch”. We saw yesterday the worst, and still worsening, reversal of America’s standing in the world since FDR handed Eastern Europe to his man crush, Joe Stalin. In his defense, FDR was dying by that point and his cabinet was shot through with Soviet agents and sympathizers. The Venona Cables made that clear later. Of course, he wasn’t dying when he selected these Mussolini/Stalin fans, but I’ll save that for a later post.

Obama cannot claim being addled by anything other than his disdain for American history and his desire to remake the world in a Stalinist image. And so we have the world as we see it today.

As of last night, I thought that we had sunk about as low as we might with Valerie Jarrett as Chief Executive and Obama as her puppet. Of course we’ll lose more influence around the world for the foreseeable future, but that will just be more of Obama’s foreign policy playing itself out apace. And honest people clearly saw this coming. From the moment Barry started out his pathetic apology tour, even before he was president, the detractors of the tour correctly pointed out that such a tour of genuflection before the world was a huge strategic mistake. The world, they said, understands only strength and this guy is offering fecklessness and weakness. They said it would only hurt our standing in the world. But I don’t know of anyone, then, who realized just how completely this president would betray our interests internationally. That started to become clearer to us, and our enemies, when BHO sided with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, stood against Israel at every opportunity and finally leapt gleefully into bed with his betters in Iran.

More than anyone, the Russians watched with a combination of drooling opportunism and complete disbelief at their luck in having Barrack Obama and Valerie Jarrett as President of the United States.

Then, at a time when we would think that even this jackass would be of a mind to do something smart, something legitimate, to at least thicken the jelly veneer of his title,…we have today. We have the drama that has played out every time families suffer at the hands of an active mass shooter.

Before we go any further, let’s define what we are calling a mass shooter. It’s not a man who finds his wife fooling around with the local vicar and kills his family. That’s more than one victim, but it is a defined crime of passion and intended to be. By mass shooter, in the true, random, I’ll-kill-everyone-I-can sense, we are talking about a tiny fraction of one percent of violent crimes in this country.

But Barry has been emasculated by Putin AGAIN, and needed something to get a headline from. He needed something to push his humiliation off the front page. He needed a patsy to emerge that he could use for a bit of misdirection. And a kook in Oregon (we still know nothing of him/her as of this writing) produced one; more than a dozen, in fact.

Then while the victims were still literally bleeding, the White House press corps leapt into action. With a speech that’s been burning a hole in Josh Earnest’s pocket since they exploited the last sickening tragedy, a presser is hastily called and Barry goes into his anti-gun rant. I’m amazed they were able to wipe the smiles from their stupid faces, so happy were they that this happened, as they walked into the press room.

What stood out most to me today was the use of fallacious argument. * In two sentences reworked over and over again, Obama used the straw man argument that people who disagree with him think ONLY more guns are the answer to problems like today’s events. He used the poison well argument by saying that those who disagree with him stepping up the podium prematurely, would criticize him for stepping up to the podium prematurely. He then, and this took the spectacle even lower, if you can believe that, instructed the press to compare the number of people killed by terrorists in this country to the number killed by gun violence. Finally he said the gun deaths were lower in places with tougher gun laws. Is there a drooling shithead left reading this who doesn't know that is NOT true? Is there anyone who doesn’t know the statement 180 degrees out from reality?

What a monumental asshole! What an arrogant, lying worthless POS!!!

First, those who oppose the kind of gun regulation this epic idiot considers common sense is the kind you have in DC right now. The city has laid obstacle upon obstacle to the acquisition of a weapon by an honest citizen and once you have it, they have made it nearly impossible to carry it anywhere. When the courts ruled against that DC simply stated, plainly and publicly that they intend to thwart gun ownership the same way anyway, the courts be damned. If you let those people get their noses under the tent, in an effort to “compromise” the show’s over for private gun ownership in this country. So our argument isn't more guns, so much as don't cashier my gun rights so that you can make a trendy splash.

Secondly, the remark about commentary against his exploiting a tragedy while it is still actually happening, and his not knowing the facts of the case was true. Because he was being a complete jackass by standing there in that moment discussing politics, as he has done on the past without conscience. And people were going to point that out. But it was also said to take advantage of change blindness, or to inoculate the listener against opposing arguments, by pretending there was something inappropriate about there being opposing arguments.

The admonishment to compare terrorism to gun violence is almost too stupid to put into context, but I’ll try. The context of the discussion was mass, random shooting. But criminal gun violence is the act of a criminal. The person engaging in such an act doesn’t care about gun laws. Those laws won’t even slow him down. And if Obama really cared about gun violence of today, and if every other exploitative, distasteful speech this half man has ever made to take advantage of these bloody situations were in any way sincere, we’d be hearing from him every week. He'd be excoriating the endless, senseless violence being carried out against our people in Detroit, Chicago, New York, Baltimore and Washington DC. But we don’t see that. He does not give two shits about the people who die every day in those cities. They won’t help him tar his opponents, so they are worthless to him.

I will believe Valerie Jarrett has given BHO permission to get serious on gun violence, when he declares open season against gangbangers and the black-on-black crime that terrorizes our cities and our poorest citizens, in towns where they couldn’t get a legal gun if they tried. When I see Barrack Obama at the podium every goddamn Monday morning, reading the urban death toll for the previous weekend and ripping the city administrations for their corruption and incompetence, then I will start to believe he has the interests of any Americans at heart. But he never will.

The exploitative nature of this episode has no equal. The White House eagerly used the suffering of several American families for crass political gain. Worse, the specious nature of Obama's argument makes the exploitation obvious. In my eyes, the “My Bitch” sign still hangs around this president’s neck. What other signs could we accurately hang? Unscrupulous, Incompetent? Feckless? They’d all be accurate.
