What Would Happen if Biden Jumped In?
The Dem debate was worse than I thought it would be, a woman lying and four men kissing her ass. All the while they painted a picture of America that would give Joe Stalin the giggles. What a pathetic display of childish naiveté. Free stuff for everybody! Yay! You would think all five were really stupid enough to believe what they were shoveling. I'll lend some doubt to Sanders, he probably does want to be a despot atop a workers' utopia.
The press has, all day, been shaping the reports to read that Hillary was brilliant and therefore Joe “duh” Biden shouldn’t enter the race. They are still trying to paint her as unbeatable. As of last night, Sanders took the server scandal off the table as an issue saying no one wants to hear about the “emails” (as if it were not about classified documents on an unsecured server, outlawed in 2009 and FAR below the standards for such servers that used to be allowed by law.)
But old Joe, if he has a gonad hanging, could change everything just by saying, “To hell with that! I want to know everything about the server. How many companies were hired to back it up? Who, exactly, help her erase the hard drives? How many messages did the FBI uncover that were not previously sent to State? How many crimes can she be charged with? Who is that girl kneeling in front of Bill?”
The fact is Clinton and the press corps are sweating Biden. And they should be. If he enters the race, even if he doesn’t get aggressive, he would still deal the Clinton camp a grievous blow. If he got loud and really went after Herself, she would be wiped out. And once defanged, she would be indicted. That is why a night of naked disingenuousness is being touted as a resounding success by the swooning press.
Run, Joe, run. Pleeeeease! Make this a really fun election year.
