Last week I was cruising home from the undisclosed location. I had Glenn Beck on Sirius. He spoke with breathy drama about two things in this particular segment. First were details about the riot on J6 and a story he’d break the next day, which he characterized as the biggest scandal of our lifetime. The latter may actually be that, IF the story can be collaborated on the record. More about story 2 in a bit.
Story 1, January 6, Glenn gets himself into a state about cops shooting these tear gas…things…[Glenn searches for the terminology]…these projectiles directly at protestors! As he shouts and sputters, a picture develops in my mind.
On that day, you had protestors crowded into an alcove below the west portico. They were pretty much hemmed in by following foot traffic. They were loud. Some had banners. Some were angry about the election certification. But so far they weren’t doing anything. The cops on the portico were in zero danger.
Then, as we knew from three years ago, cops on the portico started pinging the crowd with pepper balls and possibly bean bags. We were told that it was an effort to get the crowd to disperse. One of these cops was a chickie named Shauni Kerkoff. It appears near certain that she did a lot more then play carnival shooting gallery on 6 Jan. More on her later.
Of course, any cop worth half a roll of shit paper would know to direct such pain inducing rounds at the back of the crowd first. If THEY didn’t get the clear message to haul ass FIRST, hitting the front or middle of the crowd would cause one of two things - a stampede or a real fight! They didn’t get the stampede.
People in the front of the crowd immediately enraged looked for any means to fight back. Some people from the back, witnessing the sport on the part of the police, joined the fray.

As I said, we knew all this. But Glenn was going off about these “deadly projectiles” as if they were discussing a technology he never experienced. Keep in mind, he is the owner of a Byrna launcher. According to Glenn, his family all carry Byrna launchers. It is a commercial, less than lethal, self defense system, legal in all 50 states, that fires pepper balls or non-chemical projectiles (I call them thumpers).
So when Glenn was sputtering about these…these…tear gas projectiles!!, I’m interpreting that as canisters…grenades, the big boogers you see smoking and spiraling down the street in real riots. And Glenn is telling me that cops are shooting these things directly at the heads of protestors. THAT would certainly be new information! Obviously it would be footage we’ve been deprived of until now!
Remember, I am hearing this for the first time on the radio. I can’t wait to get home and pull up the video. And I did. Pepper balls! Just like those from a Byrna. And compared to Byrna’s flagship weapon, 100 fps slower. Christ, Beck!
This is not a criticism of the work done by Stan Kephart, who consulted on the piece. He demonstrated clearly that 1) At the time they started pumping pepper balls into the heads of protestors, there was no riot yet. And 2) how at least one of the scene leaders panicked in a pathetic show of cowardice. The quote: “‘We need munitions! Unload! Unload it all! Take ’em out!’ The same type of idiotic coward shot Ashli Babbitt, who was unarmed and giggling (literally with her hands above her head, holding the window frame), as people pushed her through a broken window from a capitol stairwell. That idiot coward has been promoted since and gets bonuses for some strange reason.
The drama and pretense that surrounded Glenn’s reporting on this were over the top, even for him. He repeatedly referred to the risk of death from the LESS THEN LETHAL weapons used. The headline on the Blaze’s 4 Nov article even states police repeatedly used “lethal force” on protesters. This is inexcusable. If it were true, and protesters were repeatedly hit in the head (they were), there would have been brain matter all over the alcove.
Were pepper rounds used irresponsibly? Yes. The cops had nothing but a sea of heads to fire at. Is there a slight chance that if you catch someone in exactly the right way, you might kill them? Yes. If that risk were the least significant - even measurable, one of Glenn’s biggest sponsors would be out of business. Byrna’s CL fires at 400 feet per second. And as Glenn says every day, it’s a safe alternative for self-defense. You can disable a bad guy without killing him. But goddamn, you’ll leave a welt the size of a grapefruit on the bastard.
Beck repeatedly talked about people getting hit above the waist. Check out the training target for a Byrna launcher. Oh, DEADLY! Oh, DRAMA! BUT THAT WASN’T THE STORY! And since Glenn advertises for a company who makes these “death machines” it shatters his credibility on an important issue. The story was how a mob, that was a part of a larger protest, was turned into an angry mob. We also know there were provocateurs laced into the crowd goading, and in one case smashing windows, trying to get the crowd into an even greater frenzy. This will all be connected to the next story and paint an ugly picture of our government going to insane lengths to create a crisis that DID NOT exist. ALL to get Orange Man. ALL to salve their TDS!
The fuss about pepper balls was a distraction and couldn’t be more convenient for the government spin doctors. Thanks for the drama, Glenn! You might have even given the gun control fanatics a new target. Perhaps you can let Stu break the real stories from now on so we don’t have layers of breathy fluff and smoke added to the mix.
The whole dust up on J6 ended with a silly walk around the building by protestors, along with a number of people who didn’t even know why they were waved into the building, by Capitol police, from areas where there was no unrest.
Before I move on, don’t take any of this as a complete repudiation of Glenn Beck. His network is a great source of information. Beck’s researchers are the best in the business. He is not afraid of controversy. He has MANY times over decades saw what is coming before it happened and took grief for it. I think he is a good man and his programs are entertaining and enlightening, as his intro says. But he is sometimes dramatic to the point of distraction.
In the way Trump steps on his best work with stupid comments and petty pursuits, so Glenn will bring Drama or very narrow religious views into the secular arena and leave you saying, “Now, why the hell did he do that?” It’s a small fault in the grand scheme of things.
So what else did Glenn ferret out about J6 and surrounding events? That answer, if you haven’t already seen it, will piss you off.
Another GOVERNMENT stinker from J6.
After years of outright denials, we now know there were federal agents working the crowd on J6. Many of the provocateurs were so obvious, that before the cops started popping people with pepper balls for…shouting…for being at a certain spot…pockets of the crowd were pointing at agents and shouting, “Fed! Fed!”, and laughing at the clowns.
Also, after years of “not knowing” anything about the J6 pipe bomber, even offering a big reward, we find out the government knew quite a lot. We also learned that scads of important evidence was tampered with and corrupted. Not a single head has rolled. Why?
As is the case whenever the people need information to hold real government scoundrels accountable, the information oozes out like a difficult turd. The idea is always to try to run out the legal clock on the crimes involved (Comey, the Crackhead, La-titty-ah James, etc.) or create fatigue in the minds of the public on a given topic and hope we move on to more idiotic distractions, like Jasmine Crockett.
In the case of avoiding justice in the J6 bombing, the tactic seems to be working.
Here we are, four years later1 and things the government has known since ‘21, things the justice crusaders, Bongino, Bondi and Patel have known for 10 months, are only now starting to breach the surface. With it comes as much of the old confusion preserved as possible.
There are so many examples.
For starters, we have cell tower data, from all the carriers. The “geo-fence” investigation narrowed the potential key data to ATT. Now, keep in mind, as soon as they found the device at the DNC, the tower search started and ATT was among the carriers told to preserve their data from a broad area of Washington DC. But when the FBI went to ATT with specifics about dates and times, ATT basically said…OOOOOOOOOH! THAT data. Yeah, you’ll have to go to Firstnet for that.
Why would they have done that? Firstnet IS a tool, with an ATT backbone, reserved for first responders. But before getting a specific request, why would they have shunted a digit to Firstnet? And why would all these digits be those surrounding our bombing suspect? So that was the first “roadblock” placed. Then the data “accidentally” got corrupted. ATT blames the FBI. The FBI blames ATT. Oh, how convenient. But this should have been just another hurdle.
The fact is, the data still exists. And the sooner a forensic search takes place, the easier it is to recover lost, deleted or corrupted data. But the previous administration was intent on NOT fixing this problem. And now, ten months after they knew this, the crusaders are just getting around to trickling out THIS tidbit.
Now, more than 4 years later, finding and isolating that data would be an amazing feat. So, for the FBI, ATF and DOJ people at the time and since, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Another dead end added to the mix.
Then there is the bomber.
What geo-fencing data we do have indicates one person was seen in the key areas, caught on video traveling to and from the areas, had an ultimate destination which was the home of a friend who had been visited frequently. That’s a pretty narrow result. The lead suspect is now Shauni Kerkhoff, a Capitol Police officer, fits the data eventually provided by ATT.
While the video data from the RNC and DNC were clearly tampered with, video footage from the routes followed by the suspect that night, an extremely circuitous route to BOTH destinations, is really clear. The deciding factor experts are relying on are gait analysis (Kerkhoff had a slight limp) and cell tower data.
We are just getting this info. The feds have had it for years.
So where did the perky young cop end up after all this, and being on a very short list of DNC/RNC bombing suspects? Why, she got a job with the CIA, of course!2
It puts me in mind of the panicky idiot who shot Ashley Babbitt. He had a long record of being a fuck up. He lost his shit on J6. He was promoted to the rank of CAPTAIN no less, and has received bonuses! There was no public disclosure of the procedures surrounding the discharge of his weapon and there was no interest whatsoever in a real investigation. The closest we got to justice was a buy-off BY THE GOVERNMENT of the Babbitt family. $5 million. Byrd walked free and clear from what was clearly a bad shoot.
Why was to government so protective, even obsequious of Byrd? Simple. Among the garbage bag of fuckups there were on that day, the root of the problem was Nancy Pelosi and HER police force. ANY real digging into events that day would have led to REAL disclosure. And disclosure is a bitch. Once real facts started to emerge, many people, including Byrd and Pelosi would have taken it in the shorts.
By keeping mum and paying off Byrd and the Babbitts, they kept the lid on most of the problems until the bogus J6 committee could finish their theater and destroy key video and testimonial evidence. All that and an endless stream of sewage about insurrection and DJT, and you’ve got more than half the country on to other things.
But let’s get back to Kerkhoff.
There was so much about the evidence we see now that was discarded like a used rubber on a San Francisco sidewalk.
Despite the tower data being corrupted, they clocked her phone. They matched it to the video of the hoodie person and then to the home of Kerkhoff’s friend. Then it appears everyone involved in the investigation said, “Well, never mind. We’ll just stop here and call it a day.”
The shoes were identified by brand and model. A cursory check of purchase would have led to a pair being purchased by the bomber or someone close to them. Who was the guy seen walking his dog, who might have actually spoken to the the suspect? Where is the info about that interview? When did the police crash through the doors of the home where the prime suspect ended his/HER night? What did that person have to say?
The refusal to fully pursue these leads indicates to me anyway, that the federal government, in cooperation with capitol polices and people running Firstnet, perhaps EVEN some of our present day crusaders are in on the fix and utterly confident that despite the clearly sloppy and incomplete coverup, they have nothing to fear.
Sadly, they may be right.

In Episode 45, special guest Wilson Bartholomew Harrison Chester Keith Hendrix Rostov Hangchow Smith mentioned the shooting gallery the cops set up above the crowd on 6 Jan. He mentioned a connection to 5 Jan. That connection is more symbolic than legally significant, but also a real insult to the American people and every person who served one minute of time associated with the J6 mini riot.

After her apparently busy tour of Washington DC the night before she got to bean protestors on the head with pepper balls or thumpers until they got pissed enough to climb walls and fight back (something they weren’t doing prior).
As far as the the bomb planting is concerned, this is not proof of guilt on Kerkhoff’s part. The mask and hoodie, which activist assholes find so convenient these days, do a good job of masking the ID of the bomber. But the forensic evidence we do have is VERY informative. REAL investigators, honest investigators, would have pursued it all and put this scam to bed years ago.
And it’s not lost on me that after 4 years we are just getting a whiff of what happened on Jan 5 and 6. This matches a constant pattern. Create the problem. Then slow-walk the investigation and information. Then as the clock runs out you say, Boy! We had them…but that statute of limitations…ya know?
ALL of what we are discussing here is just one long scam. The fake bombs at DNC and RNC3. Pelosi and Bowzer refusing the National Guard BEFORE J6, the feds in the crowd, leaving the Capitol Police short handed in a crowd situation, ordering cops to ping protesters, the “corrupted” data, the J6 Committee, the insurrection talk, the MASSIVE “investigation” to round up hundreds of people for BEING THERE, all of it was one piece of theater. The Babbitt shooting almost blew it up, but they got around that by shutting up the screw-up cop.
This is YOUR Dem party at work, all day, every day on ALL issues! Gaming the system and playing you for a chump about every single issue is all they have. Keep this in mind as my next show unfolds. There is nothing in the Left’s agenda - crime, ICE, Immigration, boats blowing up in the Caribbean, the trans fad - based on fact or genuine concern for a single citizen. The goal, since Obama, has been to tear down what they don’t control and increase control of those they do, like Blue dump cities. The Left has NO HONOR.
The least critical glance at anything Dems say or do, keeping everything I’ve said here in mind, will allow the lights to come on for you, if they weren’t already. Identify the game once, and you’ll see it play out on every other issue. You’ll see it all for smoke and mirrors and adolescent snark, rather than reason and fact. You’ll be free.

There are a number of potential crimes associated with Kerkhoff’s movements on 1/5/21. The longer the government keeps the water murky and sits on information, the less likely we’ll ever see justice on the bombing and associate crimes.
We can just hear the conversation. No one would suspect you! You hate Orange Man! Just do this really weird job on the 5th, and you’ll be in the club. We’ll have your back from now on.
